Families and friends are invited to campus April 26 to take part in Northwestern University's Communiversity Day. The NU Green Zone in the Norris University Center features a talk on the search for life in other worlds (3:00 pm, Norris 101), vermicomposting tips and techniques (1:00, 2:00 and 3:00 pm, Norris 102) and a presentation on climate change (1:00, Norris 101). New this year is the “TV Take-Back” campaign located just east of the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion. This is a great opportunity to dispose safely of electronic waste such as analog televisions, cell phones, VCRs, DVDs, satellite receivers and computer-related materials including laptops, towers, keyboards, printers, monitors and scanners. The campaign is supported in part by a grant from the Initiative for Sustainability and Energy at Northwestern.

Tech AG 18, 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm
